A broken cell phone. It starts off as a technological problem for your customer but quickly becomes a logistical one for you. For CWG, it’s no problem at all. In fact, we turn it into a benefit for everyone.
First, because we buy back used handsets in any condition, we provide you with a revenue source you wouldn’t otherwise have. Then after determining the level of maintenance it takes to restore them to like-new condition, we get to work generating second lives.
Phones requiring minor repairs are fixed using new or reclaimed Grade-A parts, then remarketed in our network. If repairs are more major than minor, we reclaim all working, Grade-A parts for reuse and process all non-working, sub-grade parts for possible recovery – so there’s no (or very little) impact on our planet.
