We Regenerate Parts to Generate Revenue
Every handset or accessory CWG buys back – whether through carrier upgrades, take-back or green programs or through overstock – is carefully inspected and assessed. Where it goes next depends on the designation we give it: repairable, reclaimable or disposable.
Those requiring minor repairs are fixed using new or reclaimed Grade-A parts, then remarketed. All others are tested for functionality and assigned a grade based on the potential for reuse. Any Grade-A parts are salvaged, packaged in trays for shipment and resold to manufacturers and carriers. All non-working, sub-grade parts are processed for possible recovery for additional revenue (i.e., your revenue).
Additionally, if we find the handset, accessory or battery non-functional, we physically destroy it in an environmentally responsible manner and produce a certificate of destruction (upon request). Our commitment to sustainability prevents us from doing anything less.
