Nation Unicorn USA, LLC is the result of a partnership with Nation Unicorn, LTD and CWG Wireless Group. Our mission is to provide high quality, recycled, OEM cosmetic parts to the service and support operations for wireless devices at a lower cost and with decreased lead time.
- We offer UV and rubberized coatings, as well as standard, anodized and chrome finishes.
- We have the ability to provide tooling a production of the small parts needed to support the recycling and repainting operations.
- Our operation received its ISO 9001 Registration and International Quality System authenti¬cation in 2008. This operation is experienced painting new parts and has all of the necessary equipment and environmental controls for the painting and recycling process.
- Along with the paining operations, this facility has a world class injection molding and tooling capability.
- Currently we have an overall capacity of approximately 300K parts per month. However, this capacity could potentially be expanded to an additional 200K pieces per month or more.
